Each fragment consumed permanently increases your Scadutree Blessing level by 1, with the following stacked buffs at max rank:

Let that sink in: a full set doubles your damage and cuts over half of all incoming damage. If you're struggling with the Messmer the Impaler or the final boss fight, missing even 5 fragments will make the DPS check 25% harder and force you to tank 20% more damage. This isn't optional for hardcore players going for the true ending.

Region 1: Northern Lands of Shadow (Grave of the Scarlet Seed - Starting Region)

10 total fragments, 1 missable if you progress past the Messmer fight before looting it. Start at the Main Gate Crossing Site of Grace and follow this order:

1. Fragment 1: From Main Gate Crossing, head north up the left cliff path. Loot it off a corpse hanging over the edge next to the first Scarab you encounter. Map coordinates (in-game map overlay): X: 112, Y: 89
2. Fragment 2: Inside the ruined watchtower 200m west of the first Site of Grace. Drop through the cracked floor to find it in the basement. X: 101, Y: 92

Region 3: Southern Lands of Shadow (Shadowsworn Boneyard)

10 total fragments, 2 missable. This is the open desert region below the Cerulean Coast, unlocked after beating the first dragon boss in the east. Start at the Boneyard Entrance Site of Grace:

1. Fragment 21: Next to the entrance Site of Grace, on a broken dragon skull. Easy first grab. X: 155, Y: 142
2. Fragment 22: Inside the first bone structure ruin, on a lower platform hidden behind a pile of dragon bones. X: 148, Y: 138
3. Fragment 23: Dropped by the Sand Worm elite patrolling the central valley. The worm has 2.1k HP, so bring bleed or frost to melt it quickly. X: 142, Y: 148
4. Fragment 24: Missable: In the hidden underground tomb accessed through the quicksand pit near the central valley. If you trigger the boss fight with the Shadow Dragon without looting it first, the pit collapses when the dragon flies out. X: 138, Y: 145

9. Fragment 29: Missable: Reward for completing the ancient dragon spirit side quest: you have to collect 3 dragon memories from the surrounding boneyard and return them to the spirit before killing the main dragon boss. If you kill the boss first, the spirit despawns. X: 132, Y: 155

10 total fragments, 2 missable. This is the high-level ruin region west of the Boneyard, unlocked via the portal in the Shadowsworn Church. Start at the Ruins Entrance Plaza Site of Grace:

1. Fragment 31: Right next to the spawn portal, on the broken fountain. Grab it immediately. X: 95, Y: 140
